1. Who we are

This policy explains how Malanka LLC (“Malanka”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit malanka.us, contact us or use our services.

2. What we collect

• Details you send through the contact form or by email: name, email address, website and your message.
• Information needed to deliver and bill our services: company name, billing details, project details such as target URLs and anchors.
• Technical data our hosting provider processes automatically to deliver and protect the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested.

3. How we use it

To answer enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and invoice services, keep the site secure, and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations. We do not send marketing newsletters, build advertising profiles or make automated decisions with legal effect.

4. Legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (contact form), on the performance of a contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and on legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and cookieless web analytics.
• FormSubmit — delivery of contact-form messages to our mailbox.
• Google Workspace — business email.
• Our bank and accounting providers — payments and bookkeeping.
• Professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality, and authorities where the law requires it.

For a link placement we share with a publisher only the article content and the target URL, never your personal details.

6. International transfers

We are a US company and our team works from the United Arab Emirates. Our providers are located mainly in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data leaves your country, we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months.
• Client records, contracts and invoices: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
• Analytics: aggregated only, not linked to individuals.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@malanka.us; we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

9. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party advertising or tracking pixels. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to our systems is restricted, and we work with established providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We post any change on this page with a new “last updated” date.
