1. Who sends our email

Email from an @malanka.us address is sent by Malanka LLC. We write to businesses only: clients, prospective clients who contacted us, and website owners or editors about publication opportunities on their sites.

2. How we write

• Every message is written to one recipient about one specific matter. We do not send newsletters or bulk marketing campaigns.
• We use publicly listed business contact addresses, such as an editorial or advertising contact published on a website.
• Our messages identify us, use an accurate subject line and include a way to opt out.
• We do not buy or rent email lists.

3. How to stop our email

Reply with “unsubscribe” or write to info@malanka.us. We add your address to our do-not-contact list and stop writing within 10 business days, as the US CAN-SPAM Act requires, and usually the same day.

4. Report abuse

If you believe you received unwanted email from us, write to info@malanka.us with the message headers. We investigate every report.
